Chien graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Masters degree in Computer Graphics Design. She has both a traditional art and a 3D technical background.
She is currently working at Dekogon as a Freelance 3D Artist, specializing in high-quality environment asset creation, production and resources focused on AAA game art development. She worked for Darkwind Media as a junior technical artist and contributed to the Wulverblade and République titles.
She was the winner of Ludum Dare 32 as a 2D Artist on the team. She participated in a short animation film, There Is A Monster Under My Bed, which was selected for the Fullbright Film Festival. Her works were trending on Artstation several times, and were also featured on CGSociety and Polycount.
