Question: I see you have multiple categories in the Course Catalog. Can you explain the different categories? 

Answer: Sure thing! Our course catalog consists of four categories…

• Live Session: These courses feature live sessions with an industry professional, typically the course creator. These courses also come with access to a private course Discord channel where you can get any questions answered and receive feedback from your instructor and classmates. This is the most support you can get outside of joining one of our programs. 

• Pre-Records: With these courses, you get immediate access and they are learn at your own pace and on your own time. These courses do not feature any live sessions, instructor feedback, or private Discord channel. 

• Bundles: Our bundles allow you to receive the biggest possible discount on our courses. Choose from the 2-pack live session bundle, 4-pack live session bundle, and 2-pack pre-record bundle. 

• Waitlist: We are not currently offering the live session version of these courses but they may be available in the future. Sign up for the waitlist to be notified when enrollment for these courses opens.

Question: Why should I take a live session course? 

Answer: Our live session courses are designed to provide you with hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge, enabling you to excel in the competitive gaming industry.

What makes these courses such a great experience is the inclusion of live sessions with an industry professional. These sessions offer invaluable insights, a form of mentorship, and guidance from a seasoned expert who has achieved success in the game art domain. You'll be able to interact with them directly, ask questions, and learn from their experiences.

Whether you know the basics of 3D game art or are an experienced professional looking to sharpen your skills, we have courses that cater to these skill levels and those in between.

Question: I can’t make all of the live sessions. Can I still take a live session course? 

Answer: Yes! We record all live sessions for you to watch back on your own time. Live sessions are uploaded within two days of taking place.

If you can't make a live session but have questions that you would like answered, you can send the instructor your questions before the live session. They will answer your questions during the live session for you to watch back on your own time.  

In addition to interacting with your instructors during live sessions, you will have access to your instructors and classmates through your private bootcamp Discord channel. 

Question: Do I get a certificate of completion for a course? 

Answer: ​​Yes! Upon completion of your course simply send an email to [email protected] requesting a certificate. The certificate looks great on your LinkedIn profile, resume, etc. 

Question: I want to purchase a live session bundle. Do I have to take all of the courses in my bundle this upcoming term? 

Answer: With our live session bundles, you have the option to take the courses you choose all at once or to spread them out over multiple semesters. 

Keep in mind, the live session courses we run each term vary depending on the instructor's availability and course demand. 

Question: How much time do I need to set aside for a live session course? 

Answer: You can ultimately complete your course as fast or as slow as you want to.

That being said, we encourage you to join the live sessions when possible. Each live session is approximately 1-2 hours long. In between live sessions, you should spend time practicing with the course videos.

Live sessions are recorded in case you can't make all of them.  

Question: Are your live session courses refundable? 

Answer: Yes, our live session courses are fully refundable up to 15 days from the course start date. If you are unhappy with your course or if it isn’t the right fit for you, you have 15 days from the course start date to receive a refund… You have nothing to lose!

Our pre-record courses are not refundable as they come with immediate access to all of the course content. 

Question: Do you offer any scholarships for your live session courses? 

Answer: We do not currently offer any scholarships but we do offer a 3-month payment plan with our live session courses. To add to that, we often offer a discount on our courses. See the course catalog to find out if there are currently any discounts going on! If there is a discount we recommend you take advantage of it as with time the discount offered will decrease or be removed. 

Question: Will I receive feedback on my work? 

Answer: Yes! All of our live session courses provide access to a private course Discord channel where you'll have access to your course instructor who you can receive feedback from and get your questions answered! The rest of your class will also be on this Discord channel :)  

Question: Do you only offer 3D courses? 

Answer: We specialize in 3D but we occasionally run 2D courses as well. Check out our course catalog to see which live-session courses are available.
